Boston Red Sox ace Chris Sale had his shortest outing of the season in a 7-1 loss against the Braves Sunday. Sale pitched 4 1/3 innings allowing six runs on five hits with three walks and eight strikeouts. One point of interest is that Sale’s former catcher, Tyler Flowers, hit a homer off Sale in the second inning. This outing is a rare occurrence and shows that Sale has his off days, as does everyone. He will look to get back to his dominant ways in his next start in Houston.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
