3 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Chris Sale (elbow) will take another step forward in his recovery from Tommy John Surgery on Wednesday when he throws two innings of live batting practice. The Red Sox ace came out of Saturday's 15-pitch session to live hitters "feeling great" and a scheduled rehab assignment is surely on the horizon if Wednesday goes smoothly. The seven-time All-Star is looking at an August return, barring any setbacks. While it'd be unfair to expect an immediate return to dominance for the left-hander, the 32-year-old does warrant a stash because of his upside in all fantasy formats.--Patrick Doris
