6 years agoBoston Red Sox starter Chris Sale (shoulder) is going back to the disabled list after returning to the team last Sunday. Sale was electric in his first start back, striking out 12 batters and allowing only a single hit across five shutout innings. Regardless, it seems as though the shoulder is still giving him problems, although it also seems like the Red Sox are trying to rest their ace for the playoffs. This is unfortunate for fantasy owners as Sale has been one of the best pitchers in the league the entire season. Hopefully, this DL stint does not last long as fantasy managers will need him back in their rotations come playoff time.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
