4 years agoBoston Red Sox pitcher Chris Sale (Tommy John) conducted a Zoom interview on Thursday, informing reporters that his rehab process has been going well. Sale had Tommy John surgery in March of this year and made his last MLB appearance exactly a year ago. Sale said that he and his rehab team have "hit all the check marks that we’ve needed to hit" and that he projects to start throwing again in late August or early September. If all continues to be on track for Sale, he could return to the majors some time in June or July of the 2021 season.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
