1 year agoAccording to NBA insider Marc Stein, guard Chris Paul would likely be unwilling to remain in Phoenix when and if the team waives him. The Suns are exploring a way to trade the 38-year-old. However, if Phoenix doesn't pick up his $30.8 million team option, which is the plan, he wouldn't look to re-sign for a veteran's minimum salary. Stein also mentioned that there won't be a shortage of interested suitors to obtain Paul's services, considering he is still productive.
