Chris Paul’s Second-Half Fantasy Outlook
7 years agoHouston Rockets guard Chris Paul will look to continue his efficient play in the second half of the 2018 campaign. After many speculated how effective he would be after being traded from the Clippers to his current team, Paul is meshing well with his new teammates. He is averaging 19.2 points per game, which is around a point higher than last season, and is also averaging 8.3 assists and shooting nearly 40 percent from deep. Paul will have plenty of chances to build onto his fantasy efficiency, but with the Rockets possessing one of the toughest schedules in the remaining months with notable matchups against Toronto, Boston, San Antonio and Minnesota, the road ahead won’t be as easy. The veteran will need to remain healthy, something that has been an issue throughout his career, but if he can remain active, he will see plenty of minutes on a team that doesn’t ask for much from its bench.
