Chris Paul Handles the Rock A Lot More in James Harden's Absence
7 years agoHouston Rockets point guard Chris Paul was back to being the No. 1 ball handler for his team on Tuesday with James Harden getting the night off. Paul didn't disappoint either, looking like his vintage self, satisfying his owners' needs with a nice double-double en route to the win over Chicago. He finished with three triples on the way to 13 points total, shooting 4-for-12 from the field on the night. CP handed out a cool 10 assists also, as well as coming away with four rebounds and a crafty four steals in his 27 minutes of action. CP3 did commit three turnovers, but that is almost to be expected with the Point God having the ball in his hands so much without Harden. Look for Paul to be up to his usual tricks when the Rockets host the Suns at home on Friday.
