Chris Olave Should Produce Against Bad Indy Secondary
1 year agoNew Orleans Saints wide receiver Chris Olave heads into a Week 8 matchup vs. the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. The 2022 first-rounder was arrested on Monday night for going 35mph above the speed limit but is not in danger of missing this week's game. Olave hasn't had the ultra-breakout season that many expected, but he has still proven to be a very reliable WR2 thus far having only scored below 9 PPR points once in '23. The former Ohio State star has also seen 25 targets over his past two games, as quarterback Derek Carr clearly favors his young WR. Indianapolis boasts an incredibly inexperienced secondary that has given up some big games to opposing wideouts this year, putting Olave in a great spot to boom this week. As long as his incident doesn't get in the way of on-field production, Olave should dominate the Colts' middling DBs.
