5 years agoUpdating a previous report, Atlanta Falcons rookie right guard Chris Lindstrom (foot) is expected to be in a boot for around eight weeks after he broke a small bone in his foot in Week 1 against the Vikings, according to a source. He'll likely head to Injured Reserve but could return later this year. Losing the 14th overall pick is significant, especially for an offensive line that was a question mark coming into the season. It's bad news for both quarterback Matt Ryan and running back Devonta Freeman, especially heading into a tough Week 2 matchup against the Eagles next Sunday night.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
