Chris Godwin Has WR3 Appeal
1 year agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin has posted 50 receiving yards or more in every game but two this season. He'll look to continue his reliable play versus the San Francisco 49ers in Week 11. He'll face a defensive unit that has currently allowed the 13th-most receiving yards to opposing wideouts. Sadly for Godwin, fellow wideout Mike Evans (quadriceps) has been the primary deep threat and scoring option this year. That leaves Godwin as the distant second option in this offense. Godwin should still be able to provide WR3 value in PPR formats this week. However, fantasy managers shouldn't expect much more from Godwin, who has only one touchdown heading into this Week 11 matchup.
