Chris Godwin Has Average Outing
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin grabbed four of eight targets for 43 yards during a 27-23 loss to the Titans. Godwin wasn't as sharp this week but was still second on the team in targets. Jameis Winston was locked onto Mike Evans for most of the day, and he responded with a monster effort. These two superstars will predictably alternate their amazing games throughout the rest of the season, which means next week should be Godwin's turn. He will travel to Seattle Week 9 to take on the Seahawks Defense and should be started as a WR1/WR2 in all formats.
