Chris Godwin Catches Six Passes In Week 18
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin caught six of his seven targets for 55 yards in the Week 18 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Many of the Tampa Bay didn't play or were pulled early, but Godwin evidently gave it a go so he could reach 100 catches and 1,000 yards on the season. Godwin finished the year with 104 catches on 142 targets, 1,023 yards, and three receiving touchdowns. There was a discount on Godwin's ADP since he suffered a knee injury late in the 2021 season, so he was ultimately a fine flex option when healthy. Godwin's contract remains intact for the 2023 season, but it'll be interesting to see whether or not Tom Brady will be his quarterback. Consider Godwin a solid DFS play in the NFL playoffs.
