Chris Driedger Makes Second Consecutive Start
4 years agoFlorida Panthers goaltender Chris Driedger will make a second consecutive start on Thursday against the Lightning. The 26-year-old delivered a 3-2 overtime victory against Dallas on Tuesday, improving to 12-5-2 for the year. He boasts a 2.04 goals-against average for the season with a .930 save percentage and two shutouts. This marks the first time since March 27 the Panthers are going with the same goalie in two consecutive games. Sergei Bobrovsky has lost his last two starts, which dropped his record to 15-7-2. Both Florida goalies should see plenty of action until the end of the season.
