1 year agoComing into Sunday's Verizon 200 at The Brickyard, Chris Buescher had a streak of eight straight top-10 finishes at road courses. That came to an end on Sunday, though, as Buescher's No. 17 Ford crossed the finish line in 11th-place. While it was still a strong run for this team, Buescher admitted it wasn't quite the day they were looking for. After the race concluded, he stated, "I felt like we were a little stronger than practice, but we got into the race and didn't really get a lot of movement." He will be looking to restart his streak at Watkins Glen this weekend. Buescher finished in 9th-place there last season.--Jordan McAbee
