2 years agoOver the last five NASCAR Cup Series road-course races, Chris Buescher has been one of the top drivers in terms of average finish. His average finish has been sixth, with his best finish being second at Sonoma. Buescher was one of the biggest movers of the day, coming from 32nd to finish in the top 10. By the end of Stage 1, Buescher made his way up to 20th. He continued his strong day, which took him to fifth at the end of Stage 2. Even as the field had to endure multiple overtimes, Buescher held strong to finish in eighth.--Eric DeWilde
