Chris Buescher Begins Sunday Ninth At Daytona
2 years agoChris Buescher has always been pretty solid at tracks like Daytona. The RFK Racing driver starts Sunday next to Brad Keselowski for the Daytona 500. He has enjoyed a few top-five runs on the 2.5-mile track. Last year, he started outside of Row 2 but ended up 16th. There was that close call in 2020 where Buescher almost won but settled for third. That is in spite of never leading a lap during the Daytona 500 itself. His car turned in some sub 50-second times during his Duel race which lends some hope for Sunday.
