Chris Boucher Scores Career-High 24 On Christmas
5 years agoToronto Raptors forward Chris Boucher scored a career-high 24 points with six rebounds, three triples, and two blocks in a 118-102 loss to the Boston Celtics on Christmas Day. Boucher's Christmas present has come in the form of more minutes, thanks to injuries to Pascal Siakam (groin), Norman Powell (shoulder), and Marc Gasol (hamstring). Over his last three games, Boucher has averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 rebounds, 6.3 made free throws, and 2.7 blocks in 22 minutes per game. The 26-year-old will continue to see more playing time for at least the next week, making him a good waiver wire add. Boucher and the Raptors will next play the Celtics again on Saturday night.
