Chris Boucher Erupts For Season-High 30 Points
4 years agoToronto Raptors forward Chris Boucher posted a season-high 30 points in Thursday's loss to the Celtics. Boucher also had five rebounds in the contest during 35 minutes of play. With Pascal Siakam out as of late (COVID-19 protocols), the forward has stepped up, posting at least 18 points and five rebounds in the past two contests. Boucher is only averaging 13.1 points per game this season and his numbers may return to this range after the All-Star break if Pascal Siakam is able to return to the court.

Chris Boucher Cleared For Action On Wednesday
1 month agoToronto Raptors forward/center Chris Boucher (illness) will play on Wednesday against Memphis. The 32-year-old didn't suit up on Tuesday versus the Knicks. However, he'll be back on the floor. Boucher also could draw the start, with Jakob Poeltl (hip) ruled out for this one. But even if he isn't in the starting lineup, he could be more productive than usual, especially with Immanuel Quickley (rest) and RJ Barrett (concussion protocol) also ruled out.

Chris Boucher Downgraded To Out Tuesday
1 month agoToronto Raptors forward/center Chris Boucher (illness) will not be in the lineup on Tuesday against the New York Knicks. TSN's Josh Lewenberg has reported that Boucher is currently away from the team as he is battling an illness. Kelly Olynyk, Orlando Robinson, and Ochai Agbaji may receive an uptick in minutes with Boucher unavailable. RJ Barrett's (concussion) absence also opens up minutes for Toronto's reserves on Tuesday. Considering Boucher isn't with the team, it's likely he also won't be in the lineup on Wednesday against the Memphis Grizzlies.

Chris Boucher Questionable Tuesday
1 month agoToronto Raptors forward/center Chris Boucher (illness) is questionable to play in Tuesday's matchup against the New York Knicks. He is battling an illness and may be out for a second time in three games. Boucher's absence would put Kelly Olynyk and Orlando Robinson in a position to earn extra minutes off the bench. Olynyk recently had a three-game run with double-digit points, but he was quiet on Sunday against the Los Angeles Clippers, finishing a 115-108 win with four points, one rebound, and two assists. Robinson has averaged 4.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 13.8 minutes since joining the team on Jan. 18, so he isn't someone fantasy managers should monitor.

Chris Boucher Will Not Play Tuesday
2 months agoToronto Raptors forward/center Chris Boucher (illness) has been ruled out for Tuesday's contest against Orlando. This isn't a surprise, as Boucher is feeling under the weather and couldn't practice on Monday. He was listed as questionable on the initial injury report. With Boucher out of commission, Kelly Olynyk and Jonathan Mogbo should get extra work off the bench, but they have not been good fantasy options this season. Boucher will have his first chance to return on Thursday versus Atlanta.
