Chris Archer Is Feeling Better As The Spring Progresses
7 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Chris Archer felt the best he has all spring after his outing Thursday. He allowed five hits and two runs in three innings. However, he felt the best he has and was especially happy with his changeup. He has struck out 734 batters over the past three seasons, but he has not won more than 12 games in any year and went 10-12 last season with a 4.07 ERA. He is a high-end second fantasy starter who could become an SP1 if he can find a way to win more than 12 games for the first time in his career.
