Free-agent forward Chimezie Metu agreed to a one-year deal with Phoenix. The 26-year-old has five seasons of experience under his belt, suiting up for the Spurs and Kings. He finished last season in Sacramento by averaging 3.9 points and 3.0 rebounds, although he spent all of his time as a role player off the bench.
