Chiefs Re-Sign Blake Bell
3 years agoThe Kansas City Chiefs re-signed tight end Blake Bell to an undisclosed deal on Thursday. Bell helped fill in for Travis Kelce late last season when he had COVID-19 and had nine receptions on 13 targets for 87 yards and no touchdowns in 16 games (five starts). The 30-year-old will continue to provide depth behind Kelce and will mostly be used as a blocker in Kansas City. In seven NFL seasons with the Chiefs, San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Vikings, Jacksonville Jaguars and Dallas Cowboys, Bell has 58 catches for 621 yards and no touchdowns on 92 targets over 97 games (26 starts). He's well off the fantasy radar.
