2 years agoChase Elliott did not expect to qualify 20th on Saturday but that is just what the Hendrick Motorsports Racing driver. Elliott is another one of those Chevy's that has nearly won here before (second in 2021). Last Fall's race was where Elliott charged from the back and even led one lap before coming up just short. The No. 9 car does have a 31-point cushion in the battle for the "Final Four". However, Elliott wants to try and win on Sunday. It could be a bit uphill but Elliott has led double-digit laps in four of the past six Vegas appearances. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
