Chase Elliott Another Consideration at New Hampshire on Sunday
3 years agoChase Elliott did not completely blow up last week at Atlanta and probably could have. He led 13 laps in all and managed to finish in seventh. Elliott did not fade quite like expected. His runs were pretty strong even on the longer ones where the No. 9 maintained decent track position. The Hendrick Motorsports Racing car has not been as dominant as it was earlier this season. However, it is a force to be reckoned with. Elliott is a bit riskier with an average finish of 14.33 at New Hampshire the past three seasons. His intermediate track average is about the same at 14. Elliott should hover around the top ten and may be higher depending on attrition.
