Chase Edmonds Sees 16 Touches, Surpasses 100 Yards
3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds saw 16 touches for a total of 106 yards. Although Conner saw more carries, Edmonds took advantage of the touches he saw, surpassing 100 yards in the 38-13 win against the Tennessee Titans. The 5-foot-9 running back will look to continue his momentum going against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2. The Vikings defense gave up a total of 150 yards on 33 touches to Joe Mixon. Edmonds could see more touches in Week 2 if quarterback Kyler Murray cools off, as he will dump off passes to his running back. If Edmonds sees a heavier workload in Week 2, he should put up more yardage as well as a touchdown. Going forward, Edmonds should be considered a high-end RB2 in PPR formats.
