Chase Edmonds Leads Team In Rushing
4 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds led the team in rushing in Week 15 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Edmonds carried the ball 11 times for 47 yards and added three catches for 19 yards and a touchdown on five targets. Edmonds was far more effective this week than the team's No. 1 back, Kenyan Drake, who had 10 carries for just 26 yards. Edmonds has been seeing a reduced workload behind Drake all year, but this game could have signaled a sort of changing in the guard in the backfield. Edmonds figures to be a strong waiver wire target going into Week 16 as he looks to continue sharing work with Drake.
