Chase Edmonds Catches Touchdown Pass In Week 1
4 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds saw a good amount of action in Week 1 against the San Francisco 49ers. Edmonds carried the ball six times for 26 yards and caught three of five targets for 19 yards and a touchdown. While he was out-touched by the team's lead back Kenyan Drake 18 to nine, Edmonds was more efficient with his touches, averaging 4.3 yards on the ground and 6.3 yards per reception, compared with 3.8 and 2.5, respectively, for Drake. Edmonds should continue to see somewhere around ten touches per week in a high-functioning offense. He should be owned in just about all fantasy leagues and is a potential flex option in PPR leagues going forward.
