Chase Claypool Catches Three Passes In Week 3
2 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool caught three of his six targets for 35 yards and added an 11-yard run in a 29-17 loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 3. Claypool finished with another pedestrian outing as the 35 receiving yards are his current season high. He is still looking for his first touchdown of the year. The Pittsburgh offense isn't scoring very many points and Mitch Trubisky has not taken many shots downfield, which is putting a damper on a receiver such as Claypool who thrives on big plays. He will be a boom/bust WR5 heading into a Week 4 matchup against the New York Jets.
