Chase Browns Leads Bengals' Backfield In Preseason Finale
1 year agoCincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown ran for 39 yards off 11 carries during the loss to the Washington Commanders on Saturday night. He added two catches for negative yardage. Chris Evans (undisclosed), who didn't suit up for this one, is rumored to see third-down work this season. However, it appears Brown should at least hold a spot on the depth chart heading into the Week 1 opener versus the Cleveland Browns. That said, unless Joe Mixon or Evans suffers an injury during the 2023-24 campaign, Brown won't see much action, although he's worth a stash in dynasty formats.
