Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Charlie Jones (thumb) was ruled out for Week 10 versus the Houston Texans. He had been designated to return from IR earlier this week but was never activated, making him ineligible to play. While Jones has just one catch this season and isn't typically a notable weapon for Cincinnati, his absence this week is noteworthy with Ja'Marr Chase (back) potentially limited and Tee Higgins (hamstring) inactive.
