Charley Hoffman Tough To Trust At WWT Championship
44 seconds agoCharley Hoffman may be a player to avoid in Cabo this week. The 47-year-old Tour veteran currently sits outside of the top-100 in the Official World Golf Rankings and has yet to post a finish inside of the top-25 in his four Fall Swing appearances this year. He followed his missed cut at the Shriners Children's Open two weeks ago with a T65 at last week's Zozo Championship, losing over three strokes on approach and close to five strokes putting. Golfers will need to have success with the flat-stick to compete at El Cardonal, and over the last 36 rounds Hoffman ranks 71st in bogey avoidance, 84th in overall putting, and 92nd in putting on slow greens. As the 27th-most expensive golfer on the slate this week, fantasy managers will likely have a hard time justifying Hoffman on their rosters.
