3 years agoThe Los Angeles Chargers are expected to sign former Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Roberts, according to a source. Roberts, a former Pro Bowl punt and kick returner, was released by the Texans earlier this week. The 33-year-old could immediately take over kick-return duties when the Chargers return after their Week 7 bye. Nasir Adderley (hip), who was the team's primary return man, could be in danger of missing time after injuring his hip in the Week 6 blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Roberts has just eight catches in the last three years with Houston and the Buffalo Bills, so don't expect him to become involved on offense with the Bolts.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
