Chance Sisco In Lineup For Thursday's Game
7 years agoBaltimore Orioles catcher Chance Sisco, who had a very unfortunate run-in with teammate Pedro Alvarez's elbow when both were trying to track down a foul ball on the third base side on Tuesday, is in the lineup on Thursday. He took the brunt of the collision and even seemed to lose consciousness for a few seconds. After a day of rest, he apparently is better and he's in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Angels. He's hitting .245 with one homer and seven RBI, so he's better off in a two-catcher league.

Chance Sisco Released By The Mariners
3 years agoThe Seattle Mariners released catcher Chance Sisco on Saturday. He signed a minor-league contract with Seattle in mid-March with a chance to compete for a roster spot. The 27-year-old went 2-for-9 with a run scored over eight games in Spring Training. He slashed .149/.241/.189 with three doubles and four RBI over 83 plate appearances for Mets/Orioles in 2021.
