Buffalo Sabres goaltender Chad Johnson will start on Monday night against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Toronto will be looking to bounce back from a rough 5-2 loss at the hands of the Washington Capitals on Saturday night. Johnson has won his last two games, surrendering just one goal each to the top two teams in the Eastern Conference, the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Boston Bruins. The 31 year-old career backup has started five of the Sabres last 11 games and has recently been sharing starts with Buffalo’s other netminder, Robin Lehner. During that stretch, Johnson has earned four wins and has posted a 1.70 goals-against average and a .939 save percentage. Buffalo will play Calgary on Wednesday and Ottawa on Thursday this week, meaning Johnson will get at least one more start this week. If you are in need of a streaming goaltender option and are willing to take a chance on a shaky Buffalo team, Johnson may been worth an add.--Alex McKenzie
