CeeDee Lamb Looks To Even Things Out In Week 5
3 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb will look to even things out in a Week 5 game against the New York Giants. Lamb has had a mercurial season so far, looking outstanding in the first two games then thoroughly pedestrian in the next two. Through the first two games of the season, Lamb had 24 targets and 185 yards. He's only seen eight targets and gained 79 yards since then though, as the Cowboys haven't had to throw the ball as often. With Amari Cooper (hamstring) likely to play through an injury, Lamb's role could increase a bit. If Cooper has trouble separating from the Giants secondary or if he aggravates his injury and is forced to leave the game, Lamb could see almost every target from quarterback Dak Prescott. Lamb settles in as a high-end WR2 with upside for Week 5.
