3 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is always a strong starting option in fantasy lineups even against tough defenses. Week 4 will see the Cowboys take on a strong Carolina Panthers defense that has limited opposing teams to just 146 passing yards per game. Still, Lamb should be peppered with targets from quarterback Dak Prescott and has shown that he can do plenty with very little. In Week 3, for example, he was only targeted three times, but caught them all for 66 yards. Based on the tough matchup, Lamb is more of a high-end WR2 this week, but he'll always have WR1 upside.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
