Cedi Osman Stuffs The Stat Sheet In Loss To Magic
4 years agoCleveland Cavaliers forward Cedi Osman scored 18 points with seven rebounds, seven assists, four triples, two steals, and a block in a losing effort to the Magic. Osman turned out to be the biggest beneficiary of Darius Garland's absence, as he played a season-high 38 minutes. While the shooting efficiency hasn't been great lately, the 25-year-old has made up for it with 11 boards, seven triples, and nine assists in his last two contests. Garland's injury doesn't appear to be too serious, though Cleveland has a back-to-back on Wednesday-Thursday followed by a Friday game. They're likely to opt for the cautious approach with their talented young point guard, which would open the door for Osman as a waiver-wire pickup and sneaky DFS play.
