1 year agoCleveland Cavaliers forward Emoni Bates officially signed a two-way contract on Friday with the team that drafted him 49th overall this year. Bates received All-Mid-American Conference Third Team honors last year while he averaged 19.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game. The 19-year-old was highly touted as a high school prospect but hasn't had the best college experience since his freshman year at Memphis. He'll now go through Summer League and spend plenty of time with Cleveland's G League affiliate. He could be someone to hold on a taxi squad in a dynasty league, but that's about it.--Alex Fischbein - RotoBaller
