Carter Hutton Faces Winnipeg On Friday
6 years agoBuffalo Sabres goaltender Carter Hutton has a very tough matchup on Friday, as the team visits the high-scoring Jets, who are averaging 3.64 goals per game in front of their fans this season. They have won eight of 11 home games, so Hutton and the Sabres, who have won three straight, face a huge test. The 32-year-old netminder has a 7-6-1 record for the season with a 2.65 goals-against average and a .916 save percentage. He knows all about the Jets from his days with the St. Louis Blues but hasn't yet managed to beat Winnipeg in six career appearances, putting together a 0-2-3 record.
