Carmelo Anthony Has Best Game As Rocket
6 years agoHouston Rockets forward Carmelo Anthony had his best game for the team so far on Wednesday, logging 39 minutes off the bench and scoring 22 points on 9-for-17 shooting in a 100-89 loss to Utah. He shot 3-for-8 from three-point land and also picked up seven rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block. Melo had combined only 25 points in his first three games as a Rocket, so head coach Mike D'Antoni and, of course, all fantasy owners will be very happy by his efforts on Wednesday. He'll look to build on that Friday night against the Clippers against whom he's averaged 23.3 points per game on 45 percent shooting throughout his career.
