Carlos Estevez Notches His 29th Save
1 year agoLos Angeles Angels reliever Carlos Estevez recorded the save during Wednesday's 10-8 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies, pitching a perfect ninth inning while striking out a pair. It was his 29th save of the season, and he also owns a 3.33 ERA and 1.43 WHIP with 67 strikeouts across 54 innings of work. Estevez doesn't have much competition for the closer role and will continue to receive the majority of save situations. Fantasy managers can start the 30-year-old in all standard formats.
