1 year agoLos Angeles Angels relief pitcher Carlos Estevez held down a 4-2 lead to pick up his 12th save of the season on Sunday against the Minnesota Twins. Estevez allowed just a hit while striking out one in his inning of work. He has been excellent in the closer role for the Halos, pitching to a 1.23 ERA and 1.14 WHIP with 29 strikeouts in 22 IP. He has also converted all 12 of his save chances. He has a firm grasp on the closer role and should be owned in all formats at this point.--Matt Garon - RotoBaller
