Carlos Carrasco Throws a Complete-Game Shutout on Thursday
6 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco ended up with a complete-game shutout on Thursday in a rain-shortened game against the White Sox. Carrasco threw just five innings, allowing just two hits while striking out six. There was a two-hour, 34-minute delay after the fifth inning before the game was called, giving Cleveland a 5-0 win. Carrasco has been inconsistent so far this season, but he always carries nice upside.
