4 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco (hamstring) pitched a simulated game in Port St. Lucie on Sunday. Carrasco tossed two innings and was able to throw all of his pitches, per manager Luis Rojas. While Carrasco is still weeks away from returning to game action, he still seems to be progressing rather quickly relative to his original 6-8 week timeline. Fantasy managers who drafted and stashed the former Indians' hurler may be able to slot him back into their lineups closer to the six-week timeline than the eight, especially if he keeps progressing well without setbacks.--Tim Capurso
