Caris LeVert Scores 15 Points In 16 Minutes In Season Debut
3 years agoIndiana Pacers guard/forward Caris LeVert made his season debut on Saturday, doing some microwave scoring in a 97-94 loss to Toronto with 15 points in 16 minutes. He finished with 6-for-10 shooting from the field, sank one three-pointer with three attempts, and shot 2-for-4 at the line with one rebound, two assists, two steals and two turnovers. It was a very encouraging comeback game from LeVert, who's battled various health issues in recent times. The Pacers will likely want to take it slow with him, but with Malcolm Brogdon (hamstring) out, the team badly needs some quality on the floor and LeVert has plenty of it.
