Caris LeVert Cools Down Versus Miami
3 years agoIndiana Pacers shooting guard Caris LeVert summed up the team's performance on Tuesday against Miami, shooting just 4-for-15 from the field to finish a 125-96 loss with 17 points. Three of his makes came from downtown with five attempts. LeVert finished 6-for-6 at the line and capped off his night with four rebounds, three assists and one turnover in 30 minutes. This was a miserable game for the Pacers and Malcolm Brogdon's early exit with an Achilles problem made it even more. LeVert entered the action after going off for a season-high 31 points against Detroit, and with Brogdon out, he had a good opportunity to produce another big performance, but the former Net sadly wasn't able to do it. LeVert has averaged 19.2 points, 4.2 assists and 3.2 rebounds this season in games without Brogdon, and it seems likely that he'll log another such game on Thursday against Houston.
