Carey Price Makes 25th Start Of The Campaign
4 years agoMontreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price will record his 25th start of the season on Monday against Edmonton. It will be his second appearance since the former MVP returned from a lower-body injury. His comeback game didn't go according to play as Montreal suffered a 4-0 defeat against Ottawa on Saturday. Price looked rusty and gave up three goals on 14 shots. His record for the year dropped to 12-7-5, and he currently boasts a 2.67 goals-against average with a .900 save percentage and one shutout. Price posted his lone shutout against the Oilers in a 4-0 win on March 30, so he should feel confident here, especially after going a perfect 3-0-0 in the matchup so far this term.
