Cardinals Work Out Marlon Mack
1 year agoThe Arizona Cardinals worked out free-agent veteran running back Marlon Mack at training camp on Thursday. The Cardinals could use some more backfield depth behind starter James Conner entering the 2023 campaign, as right now all they have is Corey Clement, Keaontay Ingram, Ty'Son Williams and rookie Emari Demercado at the position. Mack finished last year on Injured Reserve with the Denver Broncos and played in eight total games with Denver and the San Francisco 49ers, seeing 16 carries for 84 yards and one touchdown. The 27-year-old also caught eight of 10 targets for 99 yards and another score. If he lands in Arizona, he'll strictly be backfield depth if he makes the final roster out of training camp.
