Cardinals Cut KeeSean Johnson
3 years agoThe Arizona Cardinals cut wide receiver KeeSean Johnson on Monday. Johnson spent two years in Arizona. He was drafted in the sixth round of the 2019 draft and started five games, racking up 36 catches for 360 yards and a touchdown. Johnson competed with Andy Isabella, Greg Dortch, and Antoine Wesley for the fifth wide receiver spot. Isabella will likely win that battle when it's all said and done. As for Johnson, he will hit the free agency market in hopes of signing with another club. Some teams needing a fifth or sixth wide receiver could give Johnson an opportunity as the season begins.
