1 year agoThe Arizona Cardinals enter their Week 1 clash against the Washington Commanders wanting to get to the quarterback. In their first two preseason games, the Cardinal's defense registered 14 quarterback pressures and two sacks. They showcase an aggressive pass rush and will probably look to do the same against young Washington quarterback Sam Howell. Led by ballhawk Budda Baker, the Cardinal's defense aims to disrupt Washington's offensive rhythm. However, they face a revamped Commanders offense that likes to run the ball, an area where Arizona currently needs to improve. Even though there were glimpses of good things from the Cardinal defense in the preseason, there are still too many unknowns to recommend them as a startable fantasy option.
