Cameron Young Needs To Avoid Bad Rounds In Hawaii
2 days agoCameron Young has the potential to contend at The Sentry. However, the American golfer has had at least a round or two that has derailed his chances. In 2024, Young seemed set to finish inside the Top 10 when disaster struck with a 74 in Round 3. 2023 saw him start off 70-70 and never quite get into contention. It is typically difficult to do well when rounds are littered with missed opportunities in Maui. The Plantation Course is extremely forgiving. It boils down to can Young make enough putts. A few red flags are his strokes gained which ranks 145th (-0.234) and his final round putt average of 29.05 (107th). That may make Young a difficult start in DFS and betting formats.
